Popcorn – iOS App for TV & Movie Tracking, Reviews, and Friend Sharing
Popcorn is a sleek, purpose-built iOS application that helps users keep track of TV shows and movies, leave reviews, and share recommendations with friends. Designed to end indecisive scrolling and bring social interaction into content discovery, Popcorn is powered by data from The Movie Database (TMDB).
This project involved the full design and development of a native iOS app, including advanced UI flows, review sharing, social features, and seamless media search.

Media Discovery Without the Frustration
To eliminate endless scrolling and indecision:
Integrated TMDB API to provide a robust and up-to-date catalog of movies and TV shows.
Built a search and genre filter system to help users find new content based on their preferences.

Developed watch history and tracking tools, allowing users to log what they’re currently watching or have completed.

Implemented a clear 3-step onboarding process for defining user genre preferences and personalizing suggestions.
